I don't know about most others, but I find it quite annoying when a person just reviews a piece horribly, Just because they say "This is not to my style" and leave it at that, if you are going to review it badly, give the person a chance and actually SAY whats wrong with it then, if you can then give some advice to the person about what they could do to make it better. If you do, heck you might see more submissions with styles that you do like, and if it isn't then you know which authors to avoid since you know how they're style is like. This actually gives people the chance to know what people think besides their rating, and gives at least some information from their viewers
